Description

Miller Lofts property has unsanitary trash and cumulative pet waste situation for the past few months. The property owners have responded but haven't made any changes. we are neighbors to this building and counted 98 piles of dog waste on the block of Decatur between 5th and 6th street. One block, 98 piles of dog waste.
