would it be possible to have the vulgar parts of the graffiti removed off of the libby hill monument pedestal? the statue has already been removed and there are children who live in the corner house next to the monument. it seems in poor taste to leave them exposed to the middle finger and f-bombs thank you for the good care you provide the city John
