Description

"Trash Fairies LLC" has been dumping their trash service from the Locks Tower Apartments all over the street at 10th & Byrd in Richmond, VA 23219. Notably, they are dumping recycling bags that they require tenant purchase of, in addition to regular trash, all over the street. https://www.trashfairies.com/
