Description

Landlord dumping/code violations continue and worsen. History of violations at RPD000001022, RPD000001021, RPD000001005, PDR000005058, PDR000005059. Landlord has placed two broken/stolen Richmond trash cans on site, and two illegal "commercial", "BLUE" cans that have not been collected in weeks. There's no evidence landlord is paying for any company to actually collect the trash in the "BLUE" cans - please ask landlord to prove landlord has engaged a company to collect from these "BLUE" bins. Recycle bins are overstuffed with trash that CWA will not collect. Cans have broken lids/ are oversuffed and collect water and trash gets soupy/baked as temperatures warm and rain continues. Vermin carry trash all over surrounding blocks. Smell on hot days permeates a block or two. Pictures 1 and 2 are taken BEFORE city/CWA collection this morning, and picture 3 shows AFTER city/recycle collection. Note squirrel on top of trash in first picture. This area serves both 3224 and 3226 Stuart Ave buildings, which between them have 24 electrical units/HVACS. and many are 2 bedroom units. Revenue from those 24 units should be healthy and landlord should be able to afford to provide decent trash service to residents. Landlord is private equity owned and management company is The Collection Midtown, 888-405-5196, https://www.collectionmidtown.com
