Description

In Church Hill on the east side of the alley behind 111 N 29th Street Richmond VA 23223, a lot of debris (tires, trash,construction materials) has been dumped down the ravine next to the historic CSX railroad tunnel cave-in (see pictures). Also a small road has been carved into the ravine from the alley to the bottom (see picture #3). Construction equipment is often parked in the alley and appears to belong to the resident of 111 N 29th St.
