Description

Neighbors are putting their trash cans and recycling cans against our building. It has been here for over a month. Since we are an apartment complex, we do not have city trash pick up. These cans do not belong to us. They are not being emptied. I have requested via phone 3 times for these cans to be removed and nothing has been done about it. The mound of trash is getting worse every week.
