Description

Owner or maintenance worker is clearing out apartment(s) and/or hoarding situation and overflowing EVERY trash and recycling bin in the alley. He's taking other residents bins, lying about it, and not returning to their personal property even though he was very nicely asked to multiple times. Trash was collected Monday (2/24)and every trash/recycling bin in the alley is already jam packed leaving residents no where to put their own trash until the next collection day. The appropriate thing to do for the extreme amount of trash he has is to rent a dumpster. He's abusing the city and the rights of the people around him that pay public utilities. This could have easily been solved with civil conversation, however, this man is not willing to listen or cooperate. Using other people's trash/recycling bins is not the complaint- it's not returning them to where they were taken from and habitually overflowing the alley with his junk. It's unfair to everyone around him. Pictures, including his license plate, are included. Please help us.
