Description

Repeated efforts to maintain a safe and debris free alleyway is being ignored by Family Dollar. Large chain store is relying on we as private citizens to clean their alleyways in lieu of assigning staff. Site impedes vehicular traffic, attracts rats and is detrimental to the neighborhood.
