Description
2920 Barton Avenue is being used to dump human waste, condoms, mounds of beer/liquor bottles/cans, hardened mounds of hardened cement dumped by a contractor from a neighboring job. Individuals have been caught defecating/urinating/and performing sex acts from neighbors. Another portion of the yard has a makeshift bed area used by local prostitutes for business. Tires and other debris is being dumped at the site for the last 8 months. This is another request by private citizens after police have been called repeatedly for illicit behavior and over a dozen community cleanups. It's gotten to dangerous due to bodily fluids are present in used female sanitary items and used condoms. more view of the human feces, alcohol cans/bottles, dirty diapers, used tires etc.
