Description

In the alley behind 4016 Fauquier Avenue the homeowner has been dumping debris from 'home improvement' project. It has been going on all year and is encrouching into the alley. This morning it appears that he is dumping paint which has run into the alley and will enter the sewer with the next rain. We are in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed!
