Description

Trash being dumped from restaurant located on Midlothian Tpk. Trash is dumped in alleyway behind restaurant. The alleyway is right at the back door of the apartments Good Samaritan Ministries owns. The tenants say they have seen a big increase of rodents and possums at their back doors. We would appreciate someone looking into this matter.
