Description

citizen runs a business someone in cutting the locks and dumping trash and furniture in the dumpsters at night . also food trash which has caused rodents and citizen is not able to used the dumpster for fear of being bitten by rodents

    I had spoke with the complainant who advised that there were no surveillance cameras or witnesses to any illegal dumping activities.
