Description
The property has more than 3 weeks unlawfully covered the city owned pubic sidewalk adjacent to the eastern side of Prince Arthur. If someone sues the city from a mishap, figure it out... this is the fifth time a notice had been issued...police should cite the property owner or the city pubic works need to clean off the pile of tree chips immediately. Dozens of adults walking,children on bikes and wheel chair users have had to go out into the street to go around this huge pile of illegally placed material. Why has nothing been done....? Pictures worth some one getting hurt and filing a suit...and they would win...numerous calls pertaining to this have been made and were recorded. ..so the ball in in the City's court. See photos taken yesterday. The pile will have been there almost a month soon...

- Staff · May 29, 2019This is not illegal dumping. This would be an unlawful use of city property. DPW Right of Way would need to issue a Notice of Violation to the property owner.
