Description

Virginia code states that it is a Class 4 misdemeanor for failing to pick up dog waste. There are several people who live in South Bank and Plant zero who are not picking up their dogs feces. They leave it on sidewalks, and on the front property of local businesses (ask petro supply, because it is always in front of their from stoop to their business). More needs to be done to enforce the law in this area.
