Description
At the end of the grass alley that begins on the 4200 block of Stonewall Ave is a great deal of excavated earth, slabs of concrete, tree stumps and yard waste. I've reported this issue several times in the past. After much nagging from my wife, I am trying to mitigate the mess myself, but it sure would be great if someone with a backhoe would get rid of the dirt.
