Description
An industrious and hardworking gentleman is working on various cars in the street at this location. I admire his hustle and like what he is doing helping fix cars and helping people. I fear for his safety when getting under cars on a busy street, but that is a risk he is fine with. Recently I have notice large containers of old oil being left in the alley between Mossside and Noble. The oil containers are open and water gets into them when it rains spilling oil all over the alley an heading right to the river, the City's source of drinking water. It would be nice if a gentle nudge could be given to stop the oil being left. The other work is no problem.
