Description
I am a very concerned longtime resident of Bellevue. The owners of this property built a driveway, and I am unable to find how they received permission to do so. I am well aware of other neighbors, including disabled and elderly residents, who were NOT able to receive approval for a driveway in front of their yard. Per Richmond City Code Sec. 30-413.8, with access to an alley they may build in their yard, and they chose not to. Further, I am very concerned about the sidewalk my taxes pay for.
