Description
Please adjust the volume of the new audible pedestrian signal at 7th and E Franklin St. The current decibel level is excessively loud, and the audio cues can be clearly heard inside nearby residences, causing a continuous day and night disruption. This unit seems set too high or malfunctioned. Please dispatch a technician to lower/recalibrate the baseline volume so it remains accessible for pedestrians without disrupting surrounding neighbors.
