Description
Citizen requesting to have speed humps or a 4 way stop at the location near 37Th@ McRand St. Says people speed through the area with no regard to the kids. She says RPD has came out to monitor and while they're there people drive slower but once there is no police on the scene driver go back to speeding. Reporting this has been an ongoing issue
