Description
The city replaced gravel this morning in the alleyway between 1200 block of Brookland Pkwy and 1200 block of Whitby Road. The work was completed this morning 09/24/2026. The aggregate material (rocks, gravel, etc.) appear have to have hundreds of pieces of steel of various lengths, all with sharp edges mixed in with the gravel.
