Traffic Hazard: Vehicles legally parked along this stretch are forced into the live travel lane due to the shifted curb line, creating an immediate collision risk for passing traffic. Emergency Access & Street Blockage: When delivery or maintenance trucks park opposite this tree, the road narrows to the point of complete blockage. Traffic—including emergency response vehicles—is routinely halted for hours at a time.
