Description
Several months ago, the 2 apartment buildings (215/217) on the corner of Arthur Ash Boulevard and Grayland were permanently relocated to the public sidewalk for additional parking. All the trash overflow is gathering on the public walkway every week. Trash and recycling. Resident has made multiple requests to RVA311 and the city has responded by clearing up the area but this isn't solving the issue. The apartment complexes (same owner) need a dumpster.
