Description
15 minute parking from Monday- Sunday 8am-8pm. I would like this changed to the hours of the business that is now leasing the space. Our hours are 6:30am-4pm. Neighbors are parking in this location and refusing to move. Ive continued to report to the Richmond Police without any resolution. My handicap customers can not park and enter my business safely and my delivery trucks are refusing to deliver if there is not a designated location to park.
