Description
For the first 200 yards of Rosewood ave from 3201 to about 3217 cars are often way exceeding 25 mph after coming off the highway crossing MCcloy and entering the niegborhood. I am home almost every afternoon. From 4pm to 630pm Ive been tracking cars and 3 out 10 are going 35-40 mph and believe it or not but 2 out of 10 are going 45+mph. Almost everyone slows down at Beaumont. But this first block of Rosewood people seem to forgot where they are and think they are still on the highway.
