Description
Cars often parking on Cedar Street that block traffic in the middle of the night, causing cars to have to make u-turn in middle of road or ambulances/fire trucks to go a different route. Cars also parking blocking the entrance to Shockoe Valley View apartment parking lots, causing residents to risk getting hit trying to leave their homes. It creates a bad blind spot and you cannot exit the parking lot safely. Have put in multiple requests for additional no parking signs for safety,but none added
