Description
On 9/22/26 at ~10:00 a.m., a City worker in a white work truck was blocking/restricting the roadway at Margate Dr. & Hobby Hill Rd. There were no visible signs, cones, barricades, or other indication the road was closed. When I attempted to pass, the worker screamed at me. I explained I did not know the road was closed; he called me a “stupid fuck” and continued berating me as I left. Please identify the employee, document this complaint, and refer it to his supervisor. See attachment.
