Description
Re: the tree in front of my house in the city tree lawn. Several large tree limbs are dead, leafless, and dropping bark on the sidewalk. Neighbors are afraid to park near the tree, fearing the limbs will break off and drop on their car. Please take care of this issue before future winter ice storms which could result in broken off and fallen limbs and damaged cars and private property.
