Description

This intersection is a mess. It is highly trafficked for pedestrians, bikers, vehicles, and no one seems to know what they're doing. Pedestrians are the most at risk. Signage is virtually invisible, there are no ramps, or if they are, they're hardly visible or in the right location. Cars don't understand monument ave runs one-way and same with franklin st, that its a left turn on yield... I walk and drive through here daily and it scares me. It needs more lines, signs, and crosswalks BADLY
