Description
There is a significant dead section of a large silver maple in the alley that was been deemed an eminent threat by professional arborist back in 2023 to vehicles, pedestrians, property, and utility lines lines in or adjacent to the public alley way which runs below it. Since then, the dead section has greatly deteriorated with over 100 feet of dead limbs. It has continued to drop large sections that have impacted property and could have injured pedestrians.
