Description
Previous 311. #DPW000247033 was closed because tree maintenance was incorrectly concluded to be private. It is not private. it is city property. Kanawha Trace Owners association is from James falls Drive to the creek /ditch alongside Pump House. The creek/ditch and land between it and Pump House Drive is city property. The trees 126528, 126529, 126530 are on the city tree inventory. See upload. I prune city trees with Richmond Tree Stewards.
