Description
The city put rocks down in front of my store and it’s creating a safety hazard by them being kicked all over the place and under the mat. One customer has already fallen. Real property management said the city put the rocks down instead of mulch. They’ve been putting mulch down for the past 9 years and there was no safety issue. The rocks have been there two weeks and it’s causing safety issues. They could’ve put a border around the perimeter to keep the rocks contained,Please replace with mulch
