Description

The ground underneath the sidewalk is washing out causing the sidewalk to sink deeper and deeper over time. The sidewalks are uneven because the ground underneath is washing away and it's only getting worse. People trip on these edges and the exposed utility covers daily and it's only a matter of time before the sidewalk collapses into the ground.
