Description
On Broad St, between 26th & Libby Hill. Cars frequently park along sidewalk near Poe's Pub, obstructing the public right-of-way on sidewalk. Creates a difficult hazard for pedestrians, where frequently they might need to step in roadway to continue around. Impassable for anyone with a movement disability. Drivers often don't look for pedestrians when turning, only watching oncoming traffic. Public sidewalk shouldn't be consumed for parking for a single private business.
