Description
Second request to have alley fixed. Someone came out and paved part of the alley coming down the hill toward the part that actually needs to be repaired. They stopped short at the huge pothole that is nearly impossible in a standard car. I have attached photos of the big hole and you can see that the blacktop they put down stops right at the edge of the hole.
