Description
Caller is calling back wanting to know the status for the request for tree limbs/branches to be pruned the COR tree limbs/branches that is hanging over his home and in his yard. Caller was provided the comments for the closed SR#'s that the tree didn't meet requirements and does meet adequate clearance of the roof. He requested another SR to be placed and would like to speak to the arborist because he disagrees with the findings.
