Description

Yet another "deposit" (illegal dumping) has been made on the corner of East 17th and Stockton St.Approx location is the 1600 block of Stockton. A mattress, a few trash bags, etc. random furniture, a paint bucket. Is there any way to monitor to catch the ppl who are doing this?
