Description

Corner of 4th and Canal - if you are standing on the South side of the intersection, looking towards commuter lot "o", you cannot see the crosswalk signal. A tree branch is blocking the view. See the blue circle in the photo where the crosswalk signal is, but can't be seen. Please come into the Richmond Ballet, and an employee can direct the crew to the issue.
