Description
A large, city-owned tree that has collapsed onto my property. As shown in the attached photos, this mature tree has completely uprooted and fallen across my fence line. the trunk and heavy debris are currently blocking my gate, cutting off a vital exit route and creating an immediate safety and fire hazard.
