Description
A large, city-owned tree has collapsed onto my property. As shown in the attached photos, this mature tree has completely uprooted and fallen across my fence line. the trunk and heavy debris are currently blocking my gate, creating an immediate safety and fire hazard. This obstruction prevents the gate from opening. Given the massive size of the tree and the severe rot visible at the broken base requires immediate professional attention and prevent further damage to my fence and yard.
