Description

Construction vehicles are again blocking safe access to the residential parking lot. Residents have been forced to back out into traffic and reroute because the street is obstructed, creating an unsafe situation. If the parking lot is full, there is no alternate route out, leaving residents effectively trapped. Photo are attached.
