Description
There has been excessive repetitive littering in and around residential trash cans despite residents actively trying to keep this area clean. Currently there is excessive accumulation of trash in the alley from littering and trash can overflow by use of non-residents. Please help clean the alley and monitor/ help residents routinely clean the alley. This area is very visible to the public as well as residents.
