Description
I dunno how elsw to get your attn, but this is a block from Chimbo elementary and i will keep reporting. You HAVE to do something about the intersection of N 31st St and E Leigh St. visibility is bad, and traffic increased for years due to Govt rd closure. E/W traffic going too fast, N/S traffic cant see at stop sign. Kids ride bikes to school up and down this st. People have already been hurt and something worse will happen. This is the 3rd in a month. Do something!
