Description
Due to recent changes in traffic patterns, the left turn signal from westbound Brookland Pkwy onto N Arthur Ashe Blvd no longer stays green long enough. At non-peak times, it is common to have to wait through 2 or 3 light cycles in order to make a left, and at peak times, it typically takes 3 or more light cycles. However, cars traveling in all other directions through the intersection get through in a single light cycle. This signal needs to stay green significantly longer.
