Description
Construction vehicles have been blocking normal access to the parking lot and surrounding alleyways for approximately six hours today, with no advance notice to residents. This has been ongoing for most of the day and has forced residents to reroute or rely on open parking spaces in order to enter or exit the lot. If the parking lot is full, residents may be unable to leave. This is a recurring issue with this construction project and needs to be addressed.
