Description
Construction is constantly blocking the parking lot entrance/exit and alleyways, causing residents to become trapped and unable to leave unless there happens to be an open parking space to drive through. The parking lot is not always partially empty, so residents may have no safe way to exit. Residents are also given no advance notice when access will be blocked, which prevents making other parking arrangements. Photos are attached.
