Description
The recent asphalt work in the rear alley is unacceptable, with an uneven, poorly finished surface, loose aggregate, and multiple depressions already collecting standing water. The asphalt appears to have been improperly placed and with no attempt to compact or smooth out with existing surface. Vehicles close to the ground are unable to drive on this public road. Please inspect the work and have the contractor properly rework
