Description
Three sections of fencing have been lying on the edge of the alley for several weeks and are continuing to slip downward, creating an obstruction to alley access. The panels contain exposed nails, posing a safety hazard for pedestrians, pets, and vehicles using the alley. The fencing was originally damaged when a tree fell.
