Description
Citizen stays large, big trunks of branches fell and, on the sidewalk, and is blocking the sidewalk. Caller also states the tree is cracking down the middle and if a large windstorm comes the tree will spilt and may hurt a pedestrian. Caller also states branches are hanging. The tree is old and dry-rotted. Caller states electrical lines running through the trees and caller states DE and caller was transferred to RPD for the tree branches on the sidewalk - Apt 101 - 2nd address 3509 Stuart Avenue, Apt, RVA 23221 - tree between both buildings
