Description

This is a large Pecan tree that has limbs on our houses. The tree should not be a city of Richmond approved tree, as there is constant debris. See attached picture of street and sidewalk. You can't park your car under it (affects 3-4 spots) without large pecans falling on it. They pecans are also clogging the drain on my house and my neighbors house. Thanks for your review.
