Description
There needs to be a left turn arrow signal added to the 17th St. North bound light so that vehicles turning left to go West on Broad St. can do so. There is so much traffic going South bound on 17th St. and turning right onto Broad St. that the 17th St. North bound traffic never gets to go. The 17th St. North bound light needs its own dedicated left turn light.
